It obviously costs a significant amount of time and money to publish the Faversham Eye, a fact recognised by the many readers who have generously offered to make financial contributions to help fund the paper. We feel it is important we do not resort to advertising which could compromise our independence. We also believe it is important to continue making copies freely available in the town. We have therefore formed a not-for-profit Community Interest Company so we can legitimately accept donations from supporters.
Details of how to contribute or take out an annual subscription will be published in our bumper Christmas edition. We do not expect to completely cover our running costs but will be grateful for any help to keep the paper going.
